From waste to bio energy

VG Bio collects organic residual streams from companies in the pet food, animal feed, agriculture, and food industry and converts them through a natural fermentation process into biogas and ultimately Green Gas.

The conversion of organic waste to energy and the biogas production process is fascinating. It all starts with collecting organic residual streams, such as food waste, manure, or agricultural waste and other biodegradable materials. These residual streams form the raw materials for what eventually becomes biogas. During fermentation, bacteria and microorganisms break down the organic material in the absence of oxygen, producing methane. This gas is captured and purified under high pressure, creating Green Gas, a sustainable and green energy source derived from organic waste. The processing of organic residual streams into Green Gas is done entirely in-house. With VG Bio, you are assured of a partner where you know what happens to your waste and residual streams.
